Google said it has commenced programmes targeted at supporting the growth and recovery of small and medium-sized businesses in Nigeria, and other African nations post-COVID economy.

In a statement on Friday, the company said it hoped that its programmes would help boost these businesses after the stress they undergone as a result of the pandemic.

“One thing we know for sure is that when small businesses recover, African economies rebound and do well and this benefits everyone.”
